Four floating cork diyas. Four textured cork coasters. One tray that stays useful after the celebration.
The idea
SC801 brings the festive cue immediately: four lit diyas arranged on a warm cork-facing tray.
Most corporate Diwali gifts have a short life. A box of sweets is finished in a week; a decorative object with a festival motif printed on it gets put away in November and never comes out again. The set is built to avoid that. The diyas do the festival work — they are what makes the gift read as Diwali the moment the box is opened — and the tray and coasters underneath them are ordinary useful objects that carry on afterwards.
Cork is what makes that possible. It takes heat without scorching, so it can sit under a tea light; it is soft enough not to mark a table; and it looks like a material rather than a promotional finish, so the tray does not announce which company gave it. A team can put it on a desk in February without explaining it.
It is a compact set for client and employee handovers where the object should feel festive without becoming a generic hamper — and where the recipient list is long enough that a large gift becomes a logistics problem.
Inside SC801
The full composition is visible and easy to understand before a buyer adds it to a Diwali shortlist.
One
8.5 × 8.5 inches, with an MDF core, a waterproof coating and recessed sections with raised edges that hold four coasters or the diyas in place while the tray is carried. The cork facing takes the heat of a tea light and doubles as a serving or desk surface afterwards.
Four
Round cork tea-light holders, each 7 cm across and 2 cm high. They sit in the tray for the handover and float on water, which is where the name comes from.
Four
Round 4-inch coasters, each 5 mm thick. Cork absorbs condensation rather than pooling it, so these are the part of the set most likely to still be in use months later.
One
A compact presentation that keeps the full set together and flat-packs before assembly, which is what keeps a large recipient list practical to pack and ship.
After the lights
The tray and coasters move into everyday use once the diyas have marked the occasion. That makes SC801 easy to explain to a corporate-gifting team: the festival arrives first, and a practical table set remains.
It is also the answer to the question a procurement lead usually asks second — what happens to five hundred of these in December. Here, four coasters and a tray per recipient stay in circulation rather than going into a drawer.

Quick answers
One 8.5-inch cork-facing tray, four textured cork coasters and four floating cork diyas, packed in a recycled folding box.
Cork takes the heat of a tea light without scorching, does not mark a table, and reads as a material rather than a promotional finish. It is also considerably lighter than metal or ceramic, which matters when the recipient list runs to hundreds.
Yes. The usual routes are the folding box and an insert card, which keep the cork surfaces clean; branding on the tray itself is possible and is confirmed against artwork and quantity. bioQ works at three levels: standard branding on the existing set, adapted presentation or packaging, and developed work where the set itself changes.
Employee and client Diwali gifting where a compact, recognisably festive set is the right fit — particularly where the list is long enough that a full hamper becomes a packing and shipping problem.
In a recycled folding box that flat-packs before assembly, which keeps large festive runs practical to pack and dispatch.
Many standard orders complete in 5–7 working days, but festive-season timing depends on quantity and branding, and the weeks before Diwali are the busiest of the year. Share the required date early and bioQ will confirm what is actually achievable rather than quoting a standard lead time.
The recipient group, quantity, budget and required date. bioQ will confirm what is practical for the order.
