- We reply within one day. A shortlist with rates before GST, in rupees, and the packing and paperwork notes for the UAE.
- Approve the proof. Branded and bespoke pieces are made after you approve the proof. A bespoke concept takes 3 days and a sample 1 week.
- We make and ship. Many standard orders complete in 3–5 working days; the final time depends on quantity, branding and packaging. Air shipping to the UAE then usually takes 3–7 days.
- Payment
- A customised order starts with half the amount; the other half falls due at dispatch, once you have seen the finished pieces on video and approved them. Terms for the standard range come with the quote.

Do Forever Forest gifts need watering in a UAE office?
No. Forever Forest uses real preserved plants and flowers, not growing plants. Keep them indoors, away from moisture and direct sunlight, and do not water or mist them. Open pieces keep their look for 3+ years and covered pieces for 5+, in recommended indoor conditions.
Will plantable seed paper gifts grow?
They can. Sprouting depends on the seed, the soil and the water, so germination is never guaranteed. Plant within a year of receiving.
How long does an order take?
