Many standard orders complete in 3–5 working days; the final time depends on quantity, branding and packaging. Delivery within India then takes 2–4 days, and a branded piece waits for your approved proof. Pieces without branding can follow in early December: ask us what is ready.
Abroad, earlier: plantable orders travel with a phytosanitary certificate, and air shipping to the UAE takes 3–7 days. For gifts abroad by Christmas the brief is due in mid-November, so write to us for the date we can promise. Later than that, a New Year order is the safer plan.

Your logo or a Christmas greeting
Many of these pieces can carry your logo or a greeting, on the piece or its packaging. You approve a proof before we make the order, and you can cancel free of charge until then.
If something is wrong
Tell us within 2 days and we replace a damaged, wrong or missing piece. Branded and customised pieces are made for you and cannot be returned. Read the delivery and returns terms.

They are made of seed paper, recycled paper, cotton, glass, ceramic, cork and real preserved moss and flowers. A few parts are recycled polymer, such as the base of a terrarium. Seed paper and seed capsules can be planted after the festival.

Can the gifts carry our logo or a Christmas greeting?
Yes, on many of them: your logo or a greeting can go on the piece or its packaging, and you approve a proof before we make the order. Tell us the piece and the quantity, and we confirm what can carry your mark and how.
What does a piece cost, and is there a volume rate?
Each rate on this page is per piece, in rupees, before GST. Send your quantity and we quote the volume rate and the packing. Pieces can be combined in one brief.
Will the seeds grow, and do the moss pieces need water?
Seed paper, seed capsules and seed bottles can sprout when planted in moist soil, but sprouting depends on the seed, the soil, the water and the light, so we never promise it. Plant within a year. The flowers and moss in the terrariums, domes, pots and pods are real plants that have been preserved: they need no water and no sun. Keep them indoors, away from damp.
Is delivery free, and can a gift be returned?
Delivery is free to any address in India. If a piece arrives damaged, wrong or missing, tell us within 2 days and we replace it. Plain plantable and Forever Forest pieces can be returned within 2 days if unused; branded and customised pieces and kits are made for you and cannot be returned.
