Delivery, returns and cancellations
Delivery is free across India. If a piece arrives damaged, wrong or missing, tell us within 2 days and we replace it. Plain plantable and Forever Forest pieces can be returned within 2 days if unused; branded, customised pieces and kits are made for you and cannot be returned.

Delivery in India
Delivery is free to any address in India. Many standard orders complete in 3–5 working days; delivery then usually takes 2–4 days. The final time depends on quantity, branding and packaging, and we confirm the date with your quote.
For teams abroad, delivery is quoted by country. Plantable pieces travel with a phytosanitary certificate. See International.
If the address given is wrong or the parcel is refused, re-delivery is charged and the order is not refunded.
Damaged, wrong or missing
Tell us within 2 days of delivery on WhatsApp or at explore@bioq.in. Send your order details with photos of the piece, the box and the shipping label, and an unboxing video if you have one.
We replace a damaged, faulty or wrong piece at no cost to you. If we cannot replace it in time for your date, we refund it. If pieces are missing, we send them, and you are billed only for what you receive.
For a branded or customised piece, "wrong" means different from the proof you approved. We are not responsible for errors in an approved proof, or for a low-resolution logo or artwork you supplied.
What is not a defect
Colours can differ slightly between a screen and print, more so on handmade and natural surfaces. We match your colours closely, but an exact Pantone match is not guaranteed.
Every piece of moss, preserved plant and handmade seed paper varies a little in colour and texture. That is part of the material.
Sprouting depends on soil, water, light, warmth and timing, so seeds that do not sprout are not covered. Plant the paper within a year and follow the planting steps for the best chance.
Changed your mind?
Plain plantable pieces, such as seed paper, seed pens and pencils, and plain Forever Forest pieces can be returned if you change your mind. Tell us within 2 days of delivery. The piece must be unused and in its original packing, and you pay the freight to send it back.
These cannot be returned or exchanged:
- pieces branded with your logo or customised in any way, because they are made for your order;
- kits, gift sets and hampers;
- bespoke gifts.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the account or payment method you paid from, within 3 working days of the returned piece reaching us.
Cancelling or changing an order
You can cancel free of charge until you approve the proof. Once the proof is approved we start making your order, and it can no longer be cancelled. A change of quantity or design after approval is treated as a new order.
This policy does not take away any rights the law gives you as a buyer.
