Twelve photographs, twelve plants.
For Hellmann, a 2025 desk calendar on a wooden easel. Each month is a seed-paper card with one of the company's own photographs: airfreight, industrial logistics, a container yard. With it, a seed-paper notebook, a tube of seed pencils and a cotton bag, all with the red mark.

Photographs on seed paper.
Seed paper is not a photographic stock. It is fibrous, slightly uneven, and has seeds in it. A photograph printed on it goes soft, like a print from the 1970s. For a logistics company that was the right look: trucks and tarmac and sky, a little grainy, with the month set large beside it.
The easel holds one card at a time. When the month is over, the card is torn off and planted. In December the easel is empty and there are twelve pots.
