Onboarding · a long-running client · a group

One kit opened a group.

The Adani Foundation has been one of our longest-running clients. It began in 2023 with a summer-internship kit for Adani Wilmar's SeeDS programme, more than 300 of them. The kit did its own selling: briefs followed from other departments, then from other companies in the group.

A kit that recommended itself.

Interns are the best audience a gift can have. They are new, they are curious, they carry the bag to every floor of the building, and they talk.

The SeeDS kit was built for that. A backpack in jute and cotton net, so it is used, not stored. Seed pens and pencils in tubes. Cocopeat discs to plant them in. A seed-paper notebook. Within a season, managers in other departments were asking who made it. Then the Foundation. Then a data-centre company in the group.

The brief for the next order usually arrives from someone who was given the last one.

The kit, piece by piece.

Everything in it is either grown, planted or carried for years.
