Preserved nature, clearly explained
For desks, receptions and people you want to thank properly.
Forever Forest combines real preserved botanicals with useful formats such as pen stands, organisers, terrariums and framed displays. It is made for people who want a more memorable corporate gift without taking on plant care.

01 · Texture
Preserved moss and botanicals keep the depth, irregularity and tactile detail of natural material.
02 · Stillness
The botanicals are preserved. Keep the piece indoors, dry and away from direct sunlight.
03 · Presence
On a desk, wall or reception counter, the piece remains visible after the handover.
What preserved actually means
Preserved botanicals are real moss, leaves and flowers whose biological activity has been stopped. They keep the colour, depth and softness of the living material, and they stop needing anything from you.
That last part is the whole point, and it has a consequence worth stating plainly: because the preservation process stops biological activity, preserved botanicals do not photosynthesise and do not release oxygen. If you want a plant for air quality, buy a live plant. If you want real natural material that will still look like itself in three years on a desk nobody waters, this is the category.
Real, and they grow. They also need light, water and consistency that most offices and travel schedules cannot promise. Months to about three years indoors.
No care at all, and no plant either. Moulded plastic reads as synthetic close up and collects dust. Three to six years before it looks tired.
Real plant material, no watering, no light requirement. Three or more years on display for open pieces and five or more for enclosed ones, indoors and out of direct sun.
Choosing a format
The most useful question is not which piece is nicest. It is where the piece is going to live, because that decides the size, the format and most of the budget.
The recipient already has a monitor, a keyboard and a phone. A pen stand, stump or mobile stand earns its footprint by doing a job as well as looking like something. Roughly ₹250 to ₹1,000, and the format most likely to survive a desk move.
Seen by everyone and touched by nobody, so this is where an enclosed piece belongs — a terrarium, dome or tower that stays clean without dusting. Roughly ₹400 to ₹2,500 depending on how much height you want it to hold.
The one surface that is almost always empty. A framed piece works where a shelf will not fit, and scales from a small tile to a lit panel that anchors a room. Roughly ₹330 to ₹6,500.
An award goes into a drawer when it only says what somebody did. One with a preserved moss canopy and a printed base is an object first and a plaque second. The full range sits under employee recognition gifts. Roughly ₹440 to ₹1,100.

Branding and packaging
Preserved moss cannot be printed on. Every Forever Forest piece therefore carries its branding on the built part — the base, the frame, the plate or the box — which is also the part that survives being handled.
Pen stands, awards and stumps have a wooden or MDF base wide enough for a printed or engraved logo, a name and a line of recognition text.
Framed and tiled pieces take branding on the frame edge or as a printed plate set into the composition, so the botanicals stay untouched.
Where the piece itself should stay unbranded — client gifting often calls for this — the box, sleeve and insert card carry the identity instead.
A printed card inside the box carries the message, the occasion and the care note, which is also where the no-watering instruction is best placed.
Personalising individual names across a recipient list is possible on based and framed formats, and is the thing most worth confirming early because it sets the lead time. bioQ works at three levels: standard branding on an existing piece, adapted artwork, colour or packaging, and developed work where the piece itself is changed for the brief.
Care and lifespan
These are preserved pieces, not live plants. Their condition depends on indoor placement and gentle handling.
Desks, shelves, cabins and reception areas are the intended setting.
Do not water, mist or soak preserved botanicals.
Indoor placement away from direct sunlight helps preserve colour and texture.
A soft brush is enough when a piece needs a little attention.
Useful answers
For a corporate brief, share the recipient, quantity, budget range and handover date. We will recommend the right direction.
Real preserved moss and botanicals, mounted in built formats — wood and MDF bases, cork bodies, acrylic and glass enclosures, and framed panels — designed for indoor display, corporate gifting and workspaces.
The botanicals are real plants whose biological activity has been stopped, so they hold the colour, depth and softness of living material without continuing to grow or need water. There is a fuller explanation in the comparison guide.
No. Preserved botanicals do not need watering, misting or a sunlight routine. Keep them indoors, dry and away from direct sunlight.
No. The preservation process stops biological activity, so they do not photosynthesise or release oxygen. If air quality is the goal, a live plant is the right choice; Forever Forest is for real natural material that keeps its appearance without care.
Under recommended indoor conditions, open pieces can remain on display for 3 or more years. Enclosed pieces — terrariums, domes and towers — can last 5 or more years, because the enclosure also keeps dust off.
Yes. Since preserved botanicals do not need light to survive, they work in interior cabins, corridors and meeting rooms where live plants usually fail.
Start from the surface rather than the product. A desk wants something that also does a job, a reception or shared table suits an enclosed piece that stays clean without dusting, a wall takes a framed piece where no shelf fits, and a recognition moment wants an award that reads as an object first.
Yes, on the built part rather than the botanicals. Bases and frames take printing or engraving, and where the piece should stay unbranded the box, sleeve and insert card carry the identity instead. bioQ works at three levels: standard branding on an existing piece, adapted artwork, colour or packaging, and developed work where the piece itself is changed.
On based and framed formats, yes. It is the thing most worth confirming early in a brief, because per-recipient personalisation is what sets the lead time rather than the quantity.
The published range runs from ₹162 to ₹6,507 plus GST, indicative and varying by piece and quantity. Corporate orders start from a total order value of ₹25,000, and many standard orders complete in 5–7 working days.
They are display objects and should not be ingested. Ask about a specific product or placement if that matters in your setting.
A soft brush is enough. Do not water, mist or wipe preserved botanicals with a damp cloth. Enclosed pieces need even less, since the enclosure keeps the dust out.
