Plan the brief before browsing
For 15 August 2026, a brief sent on 27 July is already time-sensitive. Many standard orders can be completed in 5–7 working days, but the final date still depends on the product, quantity, branding, approvals and delivery plan. Confirm capacity before approving artwork.
| Product price | The figures below are current indicative base unit prices, checked on 27 July 2026. GST applies where relevant. |

Why these seven products?
The live data contains 21 Independence Day records, but only seven appear in the current public catalogue. The remaining records include variants and backup options, so presenting all 21 as equal recommendations would overstate the range a buyer can act on today.
- In the live range: every product below appears in bioQ’s current public catalogue.
- A distinct buying job: each strategy changes what the recipient does with the gift.
- A useful price step: options move from event participation to signature desk gifting.
- A material claim we can explain: seed paper, a separate seed capsule, a grow activity or real preserved botanicals.
Five Independence Day gifting strategies
Use the “skip this if” line as seriously as the recommendation. It is there to stop a plausible product from becoming the wrong gift.
Give the activity a visible cue
Use this when the object is part of an in-person 15 August programme, not when it must carry the whole weight of a formal gift.
Tricolour Plantable Badge
₹9.90 + GST · indicative base price
The two-by-three-inch seed-paper badge carries the event cue while it is being worn. Remove the back clip before planting the paper component.
Best forOffice celebrations, schools, conferences and campaign participation.
Choose it whenThe badge is part of a larger event experience.
Skip it ifThe recipient expects a substantial standalone keepsake.
What to knowThe badge uses seed paper, a back clip and water-based ink. Only the paper component is plantable.
Choose an object people can use first
This is the practical handout: familiar, light and easy to include in an activity pack without pretending to be a premium gift.
Tricolour Plantable Pencil
₹12.60 + GST where applicable · indicative base price
A recycled-paper 2B pencil does the everyday job. A marigold seed capsule at the non-writing end can be planted after the pencil is used.
Best forSchool activities, event kits and broad employee participation.
Choose it whenUsefulness matters more than presentation weight.
Skip it ifThe brief is for senior clients or formal recognition.
What to knowThe paper body is recycled paper; the seed capsule is the part intended for planting.
Decide how complete the growing experience should be
These are two versions of one strategy, not two separate ideas. Choose the full kit when the recipient should be able to begin immediately; choose the bottles when the programme supplies the rest of the context.
Seeds of Freedom Grow Kit
₹166 + GST · indicative base price
Mustard, tomato and tulsi seed bottles come with a four-inch coco pot, cocopeat, a printed card and a box.
Best forEmployee engagement, family participation and guided events.
Choose it whenThe planting action should be understandable without asking recipients to source a pot and growing medium.
Skip it ifThe campaign cannot provide planting instructions or follow-through.
Seeds of Freedom · 3 Seed Bottles
₹99 + GST · indicative base price
Three small glass bottles hold mustard, tomato and tulsi seeds in a three-inch presentation box.
Best forEvent tables, welcome kits and campaigns where planting support is already planned.
Choose it whenYou need the seed story without the full grow-kit components.
Skip it ifRecipients will not know where or how to plant the seeds.
Use a small preserved composition for team desks
This suits a recipient with a fixed indoor desk. It is a visual object, not a growing activity, and it should be described that way.
Ceramic Forest Bowl (India)
₹252 + GST · indicative base price
A three-inch ceramic bowl holds a hand-arranged tricolour composition of preserved moss and a white shola flower.
Best forEmployee desks, welcome gifts and small client handovers.
Choose it whenThe brief needs a small visual keepsake rather than a usable object.
Skip it ifThe gift will be handled frequently or has no stable indoor display place.
What to knowThe open preserved arrangement needs no watering and can remain attractive for 3+ years with suitable indoor care.
Pair the India cue with a job on the desk
Choose between a compact pen stand and a larger signature frame. Both are desk products; the difference is presentation, footprint and price.
Forest Stump with Eco Click Pen
₹270 + GST · indicative base price
A wooden base holds a recycled-paper click pen beside a protected tricolour botanical capsule.
Best forEmployee and client desks where space is limited.
Choose it whenYou want preserved nature with a practical desk function at a mid-range price.
Skip it ifThe India silhouette must be the main visual statement.
Forest Pen Stand (India)
₹531 + GST · indicative base price
A six-inch MDF desk frame gives India-shaped preserved moss the main visual role and includes a recycled-paper click pen and printed box.
Best forClient desks, institutional programmes and employee desk gifting where presentation matters.
Choose it whenThe national cue should be prominent and presentation matters.
Skip it ifYou need a light event handout or the recipient does not use a desk.
What is the material story, beyond a spec sheet?
The honest story begins with what happens to the material. bioQ’s seed paper is produced with seeds inside the paper and printed through a lower-pressure process using water-soluble ink. The aim is to avoid unnecessary pressure and heavy finishing on the seed-bearing area. It is still not a germination guarantee.
Preserved botanical pieces begin with real plant material. Under controlled conditions, a bio-based preservation blend gradually replaces the plant’s natural moisture; the material is then selected and arranged by hand. It is no longer living, so it needs no watering. Natural variation in colour, shape and texture is part of the piece.
Ceramic, MDF, wood, glass, a back clip and printed packaging are supporting components, not evidence that the complete product is sustainable. Name them plainly. Do not let one plantable or preserved component make a claim for the whole object.
Questions buyers ask before ordering
What is bioQ’s minimum corporate order?
The minimum accepted corporate order value is ₹25,000. It is an order-value rule, not one universal quantity for every product. Final quantity depends on the selected product, branding and packaging.
What do the prices in this guide include?
They are current indicative base unit prices. GST applies where relevant. Branding, adapted artwork, packaging, delivery and tooling are quoted separately when the brief requires them.
How long does an Independence Day order take?
Many standard orders can be completed in 5–7 working days. Final timing depends on the category, quantity, customisation, approvals and delivery plan. Confirm capacity and the required date before approving artwork.
Can the products be customised?
Customisation may be standard, adapted or developed. The exact branding method is product-specific and must be confirmed before it is promised. Developed work is considered for suitable orders above ₹1 lakh with credible repeat potential.
Are all seven products plantable?
No. Plantable applies only to the named seed-paper or seed-capsule component. The guide also includes a grow activity and real preserved-botanical desk pieces. Preserved botanicals are not living plants and should not be watered.
