The calendar is useful through 2027, but the stand need not leave the desk when the year is over. Separate each used card from the binding before planting it. The MDF stand and metal rings do not go into soil.

That is why this format belongs in the calendar range's “base survives, sheets get planted” tier.

Plant the paper, not the hardware.

Remove a finished seed-paper card. Prepare it as directed for the identified seed, place it on suitable moist soil and water gently. Follow the selected seed's guidance for covering, light and temperature. See the full planting guide.

What is a plantable desk calendar?

Its dated cards are printed on seed paper. After each month, separate that card from the binding and plant the paper; keep the MDF stand on the desk.

How do I plant a calendar card?

Separate the card from the stand or rings, prepare it as instructed for its seed, lay it on suitable moist soil and water gently. Read the full planting guide. Growth is possible under suitable conditions, but it is never guaranteed.

Which seeds are in the cards?

The BG60(R) seed set is marigold, tulsi and tomato; the pictured January card is labelled tomato. The classic BG60 uses the same three varieties. The variety is identified on each BG60(R) card.

Can we add our logo or artwork?

Logos, messages and campaign artwork can be planned around the format. Ask us about artwork across the months; fine text, heavy ink coverage and exact colour matching need an artwork proof.

What is the difference between BG60(R) and BG60?

BG60(R) turns on two rings above a dark MDF stand. BG60 has loose cards on a DIY MDF stand with a pen or pencil slot. Both use thirteen B7 seed-paper cards.

What is the paper made of?

The seed paper is handmade from waste cotton and other waste paper. Seeds are embedded during papermaking, and bioQ uses water-based ink for printing.
