Children's Day and kids' activity gifts

A crayon with a second use.
Each crayon ends in a seed capsule, so the last part of the crayon becomes a planting activity: find a pot, push the seed end in, water it and watch.
Each crayon carries a small seed capsule at one end, so young children should colour and plant with an adult.
After colouring
Plant the seed end.
When a crayon is used down, plant its seed end in a pot of soil, water lightly and keep it in indirect light. See the planting guide.
Growth is possible under suitable conditions, but it is never guaranteed.
For a group
Easy to give in numbers.
The five-crayon box suits a class or a return-gift bag; the nine-crayon tube is a gift on its own. For a full activity, the Colour & Bloom Grow Kit adds seed-paper colouring sheets and a pot.

Before you order plantable crayons
How do plantable crayons work?
They are wax crayons with a small seed capsule at one end. Children colour with them as usual; when a crayon is used down, its seed end is planted in a pot of soil and watered lightly.
Which seeds are in them?
Each crayon carries a seed capsule, and its wrapper names the seed; the photographs show spinach, beans, mustard, marigold and holy basil among them. The mix of seeds can vary from pack to pack.
What is the difference between BG06 and 5LG06?
BG06 is nine crayons in a kraft paper tube at ₹126. 5LG06 is five crayons in a printed card box at ₹54. Both are at 0% GST.
Are they suitable for young children?
Each crayon carries a small seed capsule, so young children should colour and plant with an adult. We do not state an age grading for these crayons.
Can the pack carry our school or company name?
Ask us with your quantity and artwork; we will check what can be printed on the tube or box and send a proof.
