BQ21 keeps proposals, onboarding sheets, certificates and event literature together in one kraft folder. Opened flat it measures 17.72 × 12.01 inches; closed it is 8.86 × 12.01 inches, which takes an A4 sheet with margin to spare rather than exactly.
Inside are two pockets, cut to different depths: 8.35 × 5.43 inches on the front panel and 8.64 × 5.50 inches on the back, with a narrow loop on the back pocket that holds a pen. The asymmetry is deliberate — papers in the two pockets sit at slightly different heights, so a set of documents can be separated by touch instead of pulled out and re-sorted.
The material story is the point of choosing it. A plastic file with a glossy laminate says nothing about the organisation handing it over; a kraft paper body with a natural finish carries the same paperwork without the shine, and takes print directly.
